You are buying on a lightly used Carrier TB-PHP01 we just installed new ac unit about 1 year ago for vacation property. This was the thermostat that came with unit brand new at time. There is nothing wrong with it, we just replaced it a nest thermostat which can control remotely since vacation property and wanted to be able monitor while not at the home.
