Details:

These were removed over the last few months and replaced with an energy management system deg bulb 1 60 deg 7 68 deg 1 70 deg 4 72 deg 9 74 deg 8 76 deg 1 adjustable bulb. Several of them had been disconnected from control and thermostats put in thru return air ducts. Some of the stats are damaged from people prying covers off and one just was ripped completely off and was hanging from the wall.

I think the techs that did that didn't know what an Accustat was or how to work on the existing setup.
