It works fine but I wanted my heat pump to shut off at 35 degrees because the defrost mechanism quit working and this thermostat doesn't go that high. It has been in service two years. It is adjustable between and 30.

This is an outdoor thermostat I used to keep my heat pump from running below 28 degrees.
